Our Process
Let’s Connect
01
We’ll start by chatting about your wedding vision, venue, color palette, guest count, stationery needs, budget, and any inspiration you already have. This is where I get to know your style and what you’re dreaming up!
Your Custom Proposal
02
Because every Something Blue Studio project is completely custom, I’ll create a personalized proposal based on the pieces, printing methods, materials, and special details you’d like to include.
Reserve Your Date
03
Once you’re ready to move forward, a signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit officially reserve your project date and allow the design process to begin.
The Design Process
04
Now for the fun part! I’ll create your custom designs and send digital proofs for review. Unlimited revisions are included, so we’ll continue refining every detail until everything feels just right!
Approval & Production
05
Once your designs are approved, the remaining balance is due before production begins. I’ll then oversee printing, production, and quality control to make sure everything is beautifully executed.
The Finishing Touches
06
If you’ve selected my white-glove assembly service, I’ll take care of all the little details—from liners and RIBBONS to wax seals and assembly, so your stationery arrives ready for postage and mailing to your guests!
-
My standard custom invitation suites include the invitation, RSVP card, one details card, and corresponding envelopes. From there, you can add pieces such as envelope liners, additional insert cards, ribbon, wax seals, guest addressing, custom artwork, and more.
-
Yes! I offer a variety of specialty printing and finishing options, including letterpress, foil, embossing, blind impressions, die-cut shapes, wax seals, ribbon, and more
-
Unlimited digital proofing and revisions are included. I want you to feel completely confident in your stationery before anything goes into production.
-
Yes! Because postage varies based on the finished size, weight, thickness, and embellishments of your suite, I recommend determining final postage once the completed invitation has been assembled and weighed.
-
Not at all! I can carry your stationery design throughout your entire wedding—from Save the Dates and invitation suites to menus, programs, place cards, welcome signs, cocktail napkins, cups, matchboxes, stir sticks, and other day-of details.
-
Yes! Something Blue Studio is based in Delray Beach, Florida, but I work with couples throughout Florida and nationwide. Everything can be handled virtually, and completed pieces can be shipped directly to you.
